Five held over money laundering

Five people have been arrested on suspicion of money laundering after investigations by Lancashire Police.

Two men, aged 21 and 46, and a 22-year-old woman were arrested in a raid at a house in Nelson. A 43-year-old man was arrested in a raid in Clayton-le-Moors.

A 26-year-old man from HMP Garth was also held.

All five were arrested on suspicion of money laundering and will be questioned by officers at Burnley Police Station throughout the day.
