Fire sparked in hotel store room

An investigation is under way into the cause of a fire at a Lancashire hotel.

Fire crews were called to the Windsor and Westmorland Hotel on the Queen's promenade in Bispham in the early hours of Sunday.

The fire started in a store room on the fourth floor, but no-one was hurt and it was quickly brought under control.

Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service say it is too early to say how the fire started and an investigation is being carried out.
