Jack will get free food until he is 18

A mother whose waters broke while she was in the middle of a meal at a local pub has been told her son can eat there free of charge until he is 18.
Sarah Metcalfe was in between her starter and main course at The Borough in Lancaster when she went into labour on 14 September.
She was taken to hospital where she gave birth to her son Jack hours later.
The pub's owners, who since going smoke-free have started to sell baby food, have promised him free meals.
Hairdresser birth
Hannah Newcombe Cowling, who owns the pub with her partner Martin Horner, said she would be happy to extend the offer to other expectant mothers who go into labour on the premises.
"It's never happened to me before and I've been in the trade for 12 years," she said.
She has handed Mrs Metcalfe and Jack a certificate of entitlement for the pub food.
Mrs Metcalfe was in the pub celebrating her friend's 40th birthday.
She went into labour with her first child while she was in the hairdressers, but was dismayed when she was asked to pay for her treatment.
She said this time she was pleased she was given something in return.
