Infusion provides a two-and-a-half minute thrill ride

|
Blackpool Pleasure Beach has launched it's newest ride - the world's first roller coaster suspended over water.
The £8m Infusion ride is 120ft (37m) high, has five loops and rolls and a top speed of 50mph.
Its 2,200ft (670m) of track will offer thrill-seekers a two-and-a-half minute ride suspended over a lake.
Pleasure Beach Managing Director Amanda Thompson said "White-knuckle fans will love Infusion. It will attract as many as six million visitors a year."
The ride takes its place among a series of celebrated roller coasters at the seaside theme park. The oldest - the Big Dipper - opened in 1921.
The most recent was the Big One, which opened in 1994 as what was then the world's tallest and fastest roller coaster.
The Infusion ride sits on the site of the demolished Log Flume.
