The redevelopment is seen as part of the resort's regeneration

Blackpool residents have been given a chance to scrutinise the £30m redevelopment of the resort's main shopping centre.
Developers Modus and Balfour Beatty held a public open day at the Hounds Hill centre on Tuesday.
Former Blackpool FC and England captain Jimmy Armfield was among those officially marking the start of the transformation.
The revamp will see new stores being built alongside a 63-bed hotel.
Blackpool Council believes it will improve town centre shopping for residents and visitors and sees it as part of a masterplan to revive the resort.
