A woman was due to appear before magistrates in east Lancashire on Tuesday charged with murdering her husband.
Ian Osliffe's body was found at an address in Whalley, near Blackburn, on Sunday evening.
His 33-year-old wife, Catherine, was arrested shortly after and charged on Monday with murdering the 35-year-old man.
Mrs Osliffe was due before Blackburn magistrates at 1000 BST.
