Two charged over M2 crash which killed Broadstairs man

Two men have been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal collision in Kent last year.

Jim Molloy, 58, from Broadstairs, died at the scene of the accident on the M2 near Walderslade in Medway on 31 July.

Four cars and a lorry were involved in the collision between junctions three and four.

Edward Parker, 51, of Sportsmans Cottages, Kings Hill, and David Steele, 55, of Dane Close, Hartlip, are due in court in Sittingbourne on 30 March.
