Police investigating an attempted sexual assault on a 20-year-old woman in Kent have issued a description of a man they would like to speak to. The woman managed to break free from her attacker in Alkerden Lane, Greenhithe. She was grabbed from behind and injured during the attack in the early hours of Saturday. The man was described as white, aged about 30, and 6ft tall. He was stocky and overweight around the stomach. The woman told police he had wide nostrils and a round-shaped face, with a small, dark, tuft of hair under his bottom lip. Silver cross He was wearing light, faded blue jeans and a dark, hooded cardigan with Stone Island on a badge on the right upper sleeve. The cardigan also had a brown hood lined with brown fur and a zip front with toggle buttons. The man was also wearing white K-Swiss trainers and a silver cross chain around his neck. Following the attack, Alkerden Lane was cordoned off while forensic experts carried out a search of the area.
