Eco-pupils start street campaign

Pupils from a school in Kent have formed a group to encourage residents to become environmentally friendly.

The Abbey School eco-warriors have adopted Kingsnorth Road in Faversham in order to carry out their campaign.

Abbey School House Mistress, Helen Page said: "The Abbey School's eco-warriors are all very excited about helping out in the local area."

The pupils will carry out litter pick-ups and will encourage residents in the street to become environmentally aware.
