Teenager killed in crash is named

A teenager who died in a road crash involving two vehicles in Kent has been identified by police.

Hollie McKie, 19, of Mabledon Road, Tonbridge, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash in Longfield Road, Tunbridge Wells, on 9 July.

Kent Police said two cars, a Jeep Cherokee and a Ford Ka, collided at about 1330 BST.

The two drivers were taken to the Kent and Sussex Hospital for injuries which were not thought to be serious.

An inquest into Ms McKie's death has been opened and adjourned.

Kent Police have appealed for information about the incident.
