Man, 61, freed after death arrest

A 61-year-old man who was arrested after the body of a woman, aged 62, was found at a house in Maidstone has been released without charge.

Kent Police said a post-mortem examination on Sunday had shown the woman died from natural causes.

Officers found the body after being called to an address in Waverley Close, Coxheath, on Saturday afternoon.

They had said the death was being treated as suspicious, but police said on Sunday this was no longer the case.
