Medication that could be fatal if it is misused has gone missing, Kent Police have warned.
Officers said a bag that was mislaid on a bus in the Broadstairs area on Tuesday had been recovered but was missing items that could be dangerous.
A box containing hypodermic needles and adrenalin epinephrine had disappeared.
The drug is given to people suffering from severe nut or shellfish allergies and can be fatal if it is not administered correctly.
Det Sgt Chris Goodman from Margate Police Station said: "Six milligrams are missing and people have been known to die from a dose of between three and six milligrams.
"The box is clearly marked with the owner's address. If anyone finds it, please contact Margate Police Station."
