Missing teenage girl found safe

A teenage girl who was missing for more than a week has been found safe and well, Kent Police said.

Lola Lind, 14, from Hythe was discovered in Birmingham on Saturday evening, 11 days after she disappeared.

Offices appealed for help after she went missing on her way to Brockhill School, in Saltwood, on 23 September.

She had been last seen at Sandling Station with a cage containing her two pet rats, Kent Police said she was found safe and well.
