Film set figure nearly complete
Human figure made out of recycled waste
The human figure has been made entirely out of recycled waste
An 82ft (25m) human figure made out of recycled materials and designed by Angel of the North creator Antony Gormley is nearly complete.

The framework will be set alight on Saturday at Dreamland funfair in Margate, in an event that will feature in a film telling the story of Moses.

The Turner Prize winner enlisted the help of residents to create the work.

Teams spent two months collecting materials before climbing on to the figure to pack it.

Abseilers and pulley systems were used during the creation of the frame.

The entire funfair has been transformed into an Old Testament set for the film, which is called Exodus.
