Horses rescued from stables arson
Seventeen horses, one of them suffering from burns, had to be rescued after an arson attack at a farm in east Kent.

The fire on Sunday night was the second deliberate blaze in 48 hours at Kennell's Farm on Golf Road in Deal.

It was started in a barn close to a stable block. The injured horse was treated for its burns by a vet and is expected to make a full recovery.

Another arson attack was reported on Friday night in an outbuilding. A man, 27, is being questioned over the fires.
