Anyone spotting Stuart Benson is urged not to approach him
An armed and dangerous man is being hunted by police investigating a fatal shooting in Kent.

Officers have said they want to talk to Stuart Benson, 25, who is from the Folkestone area, in connection with the murder of a man in the town.

He is said to have a horizontal scar over his right eyebrow.

A man suffered gunshot injuries at an address in Denmark Street just after 2300 GMT on Sunday and died at the William Harvey Hospital, in Ashford.

It is believed the victim was inside the house and may have been shot through the window.

Mr Benson is described as being about 5ft 10in tall, and of medium build. He has blue eyes and cropped fair hair, and was last seen wearing dark clothing.

Det Supt Paul Gladstone urged anyone spotting Mr Benson not to approach him as he was considered dangerous and "may present a danger to both himself or others".
