A man has been charged after a Portuguese restaurant in a Kent village was vandalised after England were knocked out of Euro 2004.
Windows of the restaurant in Hadlow, near Tonbridge, were smashed after the defeat on penalties to Portugal.
Police arrested three men from Hadlow in the early hours of Friday but they were all released without charge.
However, Ryan Giles, 19, of the Paddock, Hadlow, has been charged with racially aggravated criminal damage.
Kent Police said they made three arrests at about 0030 BST on Friday but those men were all released without charge.
They said Mr Giles was arrested at about 1500 BST the same day and charged later.
He was released on bail and is due to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
