Fire destroys Hull vitamin warehouse

Fire at the Seven Seas site in Hull
An investigation is under way to establish the cause of the fire

Fire has destroyed a warehouse at the Seven Seas company in Hull.

Crews were called to the Hedon Road site at about 0140 BST where a warehouse containing vitamins produced by the factory was on fire.

Humberside Fire and Rescue Service said at its height, about 45 firefighters were tackling the blaze.

Road closures were put in place on Hedon Road because of thick smoke. An investigation is under way to establish the cause of the fire.
