A memorial service has been held in Hull for those who have lost their lives at sea.

The Sea Sunday memorial service took place at St John the Baptist Church in St Georges Road.

Local primary school children were invited in an effort to learn about the city's fishing heritage.

The memorial service was led by Reverend Tony Cotson and included a combination of songs, hymns, prayers and readings.
