Police launch poaching clampdown

Poachers venturing into East Yorkshire looking to steal livestock or wildlife are being targeted by police.

Officers from Humberside Police are working with farmers and landowners to clamp down on criminals who look to make money out of stealing animals.

Gangs of criminals looking to take valuable farm equipment are also being carefully monitored during the purge.

The force helicopter will work along with dog teams and officers from the RSPCA.
