Boy's nose broken during robbery

A 16-year-old boy's nose was broken when he was attacked during a robbery in Scunthorpe.

Humberside Police said the unnamed victim was on Bridges Road when three men confronted him late on Saturday.

After beating the boy, one of the offenders reached into his pocket and stole a Samsung G600 mobile telephone and some tobacco.

The teenager also suffered a damaged cheek and jaw and a black eye in the attack, police said.
