Divers and dogs in search for man

Arthur Boswell
Police say Mr Boswell's disappearance is out of character

Police dog teams, divers and coastguard officers are involved in a search for an 82-year-old man who has been missing from his home for five days.

Arthur Boswell, of Hilston Grove in Hull, was last seen by a neighbour at about 1400 GMT on 31 December close to his home.

Officers said they were concerned because Mr Boswell's disappearance was out of character.

Fears are mounting because of his age, health and the cold weather.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact police.
