Two teenage boys have been charged with the murder of a 50-year-old man who died three weeks after being attacked in North Lincolnshire.

Anthony McKenna, a father-of-one, suffered head and chest injuries in the attack on Long Road, Scunthorpe, on 3 May. He died in hospital on Monday.

Police said two boys aged 17 would appear before Scunthorpe magistrates on Friday, charged with murder.

A 16-year-old boy has been released without charge after questioning.
