Residents from a row of terraced houses in East Yorkshire have been forced into alternative accommodation after a fire ripped through their homes.
The blaze started at a mid-terraced house on Davidstow Close, Bransholme, Hull, on Thursday night.
Before the fire could be put out it had spread to six neighbouring properties, leaving them uninhabitable.
The homes are being assessed by a structural engineer. Police said the fire was being treated as suspicious.
Officers have appealed for anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
The damaged homes were originally council properties, but three have been bought by tenants.
