Hunt for dog after boy is bitten
A 10-year-boy was attacked by a dog at a school near Hull, police have said.

It happened on Thursday morning at South Hunsley School and the boy was taken to Hull Royal Infirmary with deep bite wounds to his shoulder and back.

Police and specially-trained firearms officers went to the school to check the area for the dog but it was not found.

The dog is described as a black husky-type animal. The boy was later discharged from hospital.

Police have been conducting house-to-house inquiries in an attempt to find the dog.
