Missing 8ft snake found in garden
A missing snake, described as "vicious" by police when it escaped from a car in Scunthorpe, has been found in a garden.

Humberside Police urged people to look out for the 8ft red-tailed boa constrictor after it went missing from a car in Fox Street on 17 July.

A police spokeswoman said the snake was found in a nearby garden on Saturday.

The snake escaped after its owner opened his car boot to allow the reptile some air on the way to a snake farm in Wickenby, Lincolnshire.
