Relatives, friends and colleagues of fishing crews lost at sea have gathered in Hull to mark the 17th annual Lost Trawlermen's Day.
Sunday's memorial had added poignancy as it fell on the anniversary of the loss of the Hull trawler Ross Cleveland, which sank in 1968.
Prayers for the drowned crews were said during a service at the port's St Andrew's Dock at midday.
The service has been held in Hull every year since 1990.
