Newspapers plan new print plant
Plans to centralise the production of four evening newspapers in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire have been announced.

Northcliffe Newspapers has applied for planning permission for a 50m printing plant at an industrial estate near Elsham in North Lincolnshire.

It would print the Grimsby and Scunthorpe Evening Telegraphs, the Hull Daily Mail and the Lincolnshire Echo.

Regional editions of the Daily Mail and the Mail on Sunday would also be produced there.
