Graffiti gang hits revamped park
A park which is currently being revamped as part of a £2.4m project has been targeted by vandals.

They attacked Sidney Park in Cleethorpes, leaving graffiti on equipment, paths, benches and recently- refurbished football changing rooms.

The vandals also dumped paint cans in the park's pond, polluting the water.

The vandalism comes after North East Lincolnshire council revealed it had secured government funding to restore and revamp nine parks in the borough.

Sidney Park is one of the nine earmarked for a much-needed facelift.
