The beck scheme aims to rejuvenate the area.

The final phase in the multi million pound redevelopment of a town's former industrial area has got under way.
Work on the £3.5m long running scheme to transform Beverley's historic Beck side area is now nearing completion.
The area had been declining for decades, but now the canal has been dredged along with the banking being reinforced and landscaped.
A new park is being created with canal side walks, a cycle pathway and street lighting.
Environmental value
Officials at the East Riding of Yorkshire Council say the area will provide a new "leisure corridor" for residents and hopefully prove a magnet for visitors.
Matthew Reid, the council's tourism officer said: "The council wanted to regenerate the beck for an number of reasons.
"We wanted to enhance the area itself, increasing the aesthetic and environmental value.
"We also want a popular recreational corridor for residents and visitors alike, including facilities for walking, cycling, fishing and potentially water-based activities.
There are also plans to build boards which will illustrate the town's industrial and commercial past.
