Hull's KC Stadium was the main winner in Yorkshire's "property Oscars", designed to recognise innovation across the region.
The £44m stadium, which opened in December 2002, was named overall winner in the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors' (RICS) Pro Yorkshire Awards.
Leeds picked up three awards for its buildings in the categories for commercial developments, public areas and social schemes.
Sheffield's Winter Garden also added to its list of recent accolades with a special prize for design and innovation during the ceremony at Leeds Town Hall.
Organisers said competition for the awards, which are now in their third year, was "as fierce as ever".
RICS regional director Chris Johnstone said: "The judges were delighted by the sheer quality of the initiatives happening in the region.
"The awards recognise the genuine and positive impact that such initiatives can have on the region and the people who live and work here."
