Halloween youths chased on bike

A man chased a group of youths who were throwing eggs at cars on Halloween night and threatened them with a knife and an air rifle.

Police said the youths had been throwing the eggs at passing traffic on the A451 in Stourport-on-Severn, Worcestershire.

One of the drivers then stopped his car, borrowed a bicycle from another man and chased the youths.

A bus driver had to brake sharply as the group ran into the road.

No-one was hurt in the incident.

Police said they wanted to speak to anyone who saw the chase, especially the man who handed over his bicycle and the bus driver.
