Woman in hospital after car crash

A woman is in hospital after her car overturned in Worcestershire.

The woman, who is believed to be 40 years old, was injured when the crash happened in Gloucester Road, Castlemorton, on Saturday morning.

An ambulance was sent to the scene and she was airlifted to Worcester Royal Hospital.

An ambulance spokesman said she suffered back injuries and was immobilised using a spinal board and neck collar.

No-one else was injured in the crash.
