A man, a woman and their son have appeared in court charged with murdering a man who was stabbed in the chest in a Worcestershire car park.

Shane Price, of Stourport-on-Severn, died on Hartlebury Common, near the town, on 13 February. He was 19.

Paul Carpenter, 54, of Park Crescent, Stourport, and Joe Carpenter, 18, of Railway Corner, Kidderminster, both pleaded not guilty to his murder.

Tracy Carpenter, 45, of Stourport, did not enter a plea to the charge.

An application was made to dismiss the case against her.

That hearing is due to take place in a month's time.

A post-mortem examination showed that Mr Price died of a stab wound to the chest.

All three defendants were remanded in custody.
