Police investigating the fatal stabbing of a teenager in a car park want to speak to a jogger and several dog walkers in connection with his death.

Shane Price, 19, of Stourport-on-Severn, died on Hartlebury Common in Worcestershire on 13 February.

West Mercia Police said the jogger and a woman and two men walking their dogs were in the area at about 1730 GMT - the time of the attack.

Two men have been charged with murder and wounding with intent.

One of them has also been charged with attempted murder.

'Valuable information'

A woman has also been remanded in custody charged with attempted murder and wounding.

They will all appear at Worcester Crown Court on 29 June, a police spokesman said.

Det Ch Insp Paul Williamson said: "We are anxious to trace the jogger seen nearby and anybody who was walking their dog there as they may well have seen something of the incident and have information valuable to the investigation.

"Even if they don't think they saw anything it's still important for us to talk to them in order to rule out the possibility."

Mr Price died of a stab wound to the chest, a post-mortem examination found.
