Four killed in three road crashes

Four people have died in separate road collisions in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

One person died in a crash on the A442 between Kidderminster and Cutnall Green on Sunday.

On Saturday evening, a man died after crashing the car he was driving on the Rotherwas bypass.

Earlier on Saturday two men, one riding a motorbike and the other driving a car, died after they collided on the A49 in Much Birch.

A woman passenger in the car was also injured.

There were also long delays on the M5 on Sunday afternoon after a woman jumped from a bridge between junctions seven and six.

A woman was taken to hospital by ambulance.

Smoke from a burning car on the hard shoulder subsequently added to the delays.
