Crash victim, 84, named by police

An 84-year-old woman who was killed in a road collision in Worcestershire has been named by police.

Betty Shuck, from Astley Cross, died in the collision on Dunley Road, near the Old Beams pub, in Stourport on Friday afternoon.

She was driving a VW Polo which was in collision with a Vauxhall Astra.

A post-mortem examination revealed she died from multiple injuries. Police have renewed their appeal for witnesses to the crash.

A woman in her 30s and her 10-year-old son, who were in the Astra, suffered minor injuries.
