Cider producer to supply airline

A Herefordshire cider producer has won a contract to supply a luxury airline.

Lyne Down Cider, produced on a farm in Much Marcle, has just taken an order from European Skyjets to deliver about 2,000 bottles.

The airline, which started flying in the summer, operates several Bombardier Learjets in Farnborough.

The cider, made from local apples, will be offered as part of the airline's VIP hospitality package, alongside champagne and wine.
