Detectives have said they are still trying to trace anyone who saw a man shortly before his body was found in the remains of a bonfire.
The body of David Langdon, 40, was found in the garden of his cottage in Wormelow, Herefordshire, on 14 August.
Officers have said they want to speak to anyone who was in contact with him between 4 and 14 August.
A post-mortem examination proved inconclusive and officers are awaiting the results of further tests.
Police said Mr Langdon's death was still being treated as "unexplained".
Three women and a man who were earlier arrested in connection with his death have since been released on bail.
