A sports tournament is to be held by a charity set up in memory of a woman who died river-boarding in New Zealand.
Emily Jordan, 21, from near Bewdley, Worcestershire, is believed to have drowned in a river near Queenstown, on the South Island, in April.
Her family has organised an "It's a Knockout" competition at Pitchcroft, Worcester, on Sunday which will raise money for the Emily Jordan Foundation.
Her father Chris said it was hoped the event would raise £10,000 to £15,000.
He added: "A lot of people have got involved in this. A huge groundswell of Emily's peer group and local people as well have helped us put this together.
"We have got 16 teams of 12 people and each individual member has raised £100 -which is a fantastic effort."
The event would include have a "human table football competition", a bouncy castle, barbecue and bar.
The Emily Jordan Foundation will help people with learning difficulties.
Mr Jordan said his daughter had spent "many hours" helping at a voluntary organisation which helped young people with such difficulties.
