Elllis Smith's mother said he was a "loveable rogue"

The funeral of a 10-year-old boy who was knocked over and killed by a bus in Worcestershire has taken place.

Ellis Smith was on his bike when he was involved in a collision with a single-decker bus on 31 July in Church Hill Way, Redditch.

The Church Hill Middle School pupil's funeral was held at the town's crematorium.

The county council is reviewing safety on the road, where a woman was also knocked over recently.

Ellis lived with his mother Julie, 14-year-old sister Roux and five-year-old brother Brooklyn.

His mother said she was devastated by the death of her "loveable rogue".

Ellis supported Manchester United and his family asked people to wear United shirts or red tops to the funeral.
