Pedestrian, 85, dies after crash
An 85-year-old woman has died after being hit by a car near a town centre in Herefordshire.

Sybil Addis, 85, was knocked down near her home in Walford Road, Ross-on-Wye, on Saturday afternoon.

Ms Addis was taken to Hereford County Hospital but later died from her injuries.

Walford Road was closed for several hours after the accident. Officers urged any witnesses to the collision to contact them.
