Nurses get job offers Down Under
Nurses facing job losses in Worcestershire are being recruited for jobs at a hospital in Australia.

Cairns Base Hospital in Queensland has interviewed 26 nurses from Worcester and surrounding areas and about 20 have been offered jobs.

It follows 84 nurses from Stoke-on-Trent in Staffordshire being taken on by the hospital.

Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust announced 720 job losses in April to save £30m.
