Post office in country's top five

A post office in Evesham is celebrating after being named the best in the county and one of the top five in the country on Friday.

The competition was judged on sales, feedback and votes from customers and Bengeworth Post Office did well because of its friendly and efficient staff.

Postmistress, Pearl Bennett has been at the branch for 32 years and said she and her staff know what customers want.

The branch has been run by the same family for more than 50 years.
