Threat to jobs at Kays warehouse
More than 60 jobs could be under threat at the Kays Warehouse in Worcester.

Managers at the Shop Direct Group, which owns Kays, have ordered an efficiency review at the depot in Brandford Road.

The company says it has been under pressure to make changes due to the continuing decline in its traditional customer base.

The outcome of the review could lead to has around 65 job losses. Trade unions are now consulting the company.

Shop Direct says it will try to re-deploy as many workers as possible in order to minimise the number of people who will be made redundant.
