Ward petition to Downing Street
Campaigners who want to stop two wards being closed down at a Worcestershire hospital are delivering a 30,000-name petition to Downing Street.

The proposed closures at Evesham Hospital have been put forward as part of an attempt to save £4m.

It emerged in early August that a decision would not be made for at least another two months.

South Worcestershire Primary Care Trust is currently consulting people about the plans.
