Man accused over paternity results
A businessman accused of running an internet business that allegedly provided false results in paternity tests is to stand trial at crown court.

Simon Mullane, 38, who now lives in Spain, faces a total of 54 charges of theft, forgery and of using a false instrument.

They relate to 18 sets of test results by his Poole-based firm, High Profile.

The firm is accused of providing results to the paternity tests without carrying out the required tests.

Bournemouth magistrates on Friday decided the case should be heard at Bournemouth Crown Court.

The case was adjourned to 2 April and Mr Mullane was released on unconditional bail.
