Driver dies at home after Hollington Cross crash

A man involved in a collision near the border of Hampshire and Berkshire has died four days later at his home.

The 76-year-old was driving from Newbury towards Andover on the A343 when his Volkswagen Polo collided with a Seat Ibiza at Hollington Cross.

The man was initially taken to hospital after the crash but died at home on Friday afternoon. The cause of his death is not yet known.

Police are investigating the crash, which happened near the Yew Tree Pub.
