Driver, 89, dies after Berkshire van crash

An 89-year-old driver was killed when he was involved in a crash with a van in Berkshire.

The man was driving a Fiat Seicento when it collided with a Renault van on the A308 Straight Road, near the Toby Carvery in Old Windsor.

The pensioner was taken to Wexham Park Hospital following the crash on Friday but later died.

Thames Valley Police is investigating the crash and officers have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
