Hundreds queue for hotel jobs on Isle of Wight

More than 200 people have attended a recruitment fair as part of a hotel's expansion on the Isle of Wight.

Norton Grange Coastal Village in Yarmouth is set to reopen next month following a three-month refurbishment and hopes to create up to 100 jobs.

It comes six months after wind turbine blade factory Vestas closed, in Newport, with the loss of 425 jobs.

A spokesman for the resort, operated by Warner Hotels, said it was delighted with the level of interest.
